REMINDER: Meals will be provided via bus routes during the virtual learning period of October 4th - October 19th. Your child will receive a ready to eat lunch and a breakfast for the following day. This week we will be celebrating NM Grown Week, in which we will be incorporating a variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables on our menus. The NM Grown Grant is a program that supports efforts to provide locally grown food to our K-12 students to promote healthy eating choices. The buses will depart the district at 11 a.m. daily and will follow the after school drop off route schedule. If your child does not live near a bus route you may then pick-up your child's meals at the Mora Cafeteria from 11:30-12:30. Good Morning MISD School Community, Today, Monday October 4th, there will be no live instruction for students. Students may meet with their teachers virtually via their Google Classrooms in regards to extra assistance with assignments or for missing or late assignments. Elem students can pick up their Chromebooks, books and materials at 12:30 pm. Middle school and high school students can pick up the books and materials from their lockers also beginning by at 12:30 PM. Virtual instruction will resume tomorrow, October 5th. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we have met the 5% threshold that requires the district to move to remote learning on Monday, October 4, 2021 through Tuesday, October 19, 2021. On Monday (10/4/2021) elementary students can pick up their chrome books and classwork beginning at 12:30 PM. Middle school and high school students can pick up the books and materials from their lockers also beginning by at 12:30 PM. All students will return to school on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. All extracurricular and athletic activities will continue as planned as these are voluntary. Please follow COVID safe practices so our students can return safely and stay in school.
