Hello parents,
Thank you all for your interest in the summer reading program hosted at Collins Lake Ranch. As many of you know, there have been a number of issues getting students signed up through the state portal. Many of you were not able to register your children and we have not been able to identify who has signed up to date. To simplify matters, we are going to start registering students manually with Collins Lake and they will pass the final list to the State. EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TRIED TO REGISTER WITH THE STATE, please send the following information to Steve Smaby at Collins Lake.
Student Name
Grade Level (24/25 school year)
Parent Name, email and phone number
Any other critical information (allergies, etc)
Steve's email address is steve.smaby@gmail.com. His cell phone number is 281-630-0827 (if no answer, leave a message or send a text).
