The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) serves nearly 30 million children every school day. President John F. Kennedy created National School Lunch Week (NSLW) in 1962 to promote the importance of a healthy school lunch in a child’s life and the impact it has inside and outside of the classroom. #NSLW22 will be celebrated October 10-14, 2022. This years’ theme is “Peace, Love & School Lunch”!
We will have a Groovy back drop with props available at the cafeteria for students/teachers & staff to take photos with. Students can help us celebrate by dressing 60’ & 70’s style all week.


Boys and Girls High School Basketball Open gym will start on Monday, October 10, 2022. Boys will have open gym at 6:00 am at the High School gym and the Girls will have open gym at 6:00 pm at the Middle School gym. Everyone that is interest needs to have a 2022-2023 sports physical to be able to attend. A current sports physical is one that is dated after April 1, 2022.

The High School Volleyball games scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Questa will start at 4:00 pm not 1:00 pm as originally scheduled.

Due to flooding concerns, we will have an early release today (10/5/22). Busses will depart campus at 12:30. The volleyball game scheduled for tonight will be postponed for a later date.

Due to flooding in the Guadalupita area, Buses #6 (Randy) and #50(Yvonne) will not be running until it is safe to do so. Students will be housed at the MHS gym until further notice. Parents can pick up their students at the gym.

Today's Middle School Volleyball games at Robertson will start at 4:00 pm not 3:00 pm. There is still three games and they will be played at the old Memorial School Gym. Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience.

Wednesday, October 5, is World Teachers' Day. Students, please write a nice note or draw a picture to give to your teacher(s) to show them how much they mean to our school.

Parents and Fans the Middle School Volleyball game tomorrow, October 3, 2022 at Robertson will start at 3:00 pm not 4:00 pm. There will be three games this is the reason for the change in start time. All games will be played at the old Memorial Middle School gym in Las Vegas.

Reminder: there is no school tomorrow for students in grades PreK-12 grades. Have a great weekend!

The Varsity Volleyball game tomorrow, September 27, 2022, at Mora vs. Wagon Mound will start at 4:00 pm not 5:00 pm.

Boys and Girls Basketball season is around the corner. All boys and girls interested in participating in basketball for the 2022-2023 season must have a current sports physical before they can participate in open gym or the season.

The Middle School Volleyball Game scheduled for today, September 19, 2022 at Mora vs. Penasco has been postponed and rescheduled for Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Penasco starting at 4:00 pm.

Good afternoon. 8th and 10th graders will be attending an exploratory learning field trip to the Collins Lake Ranch tomorrow from 8-2:30. Lunch will be provided.

Parent Advisory Council meeting will be for parents of all students in grades PreK-12th.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Wednesday, September 7th at 5 pm at the High School Atrium for high school and middle school students who are interested in joining the MESA program. Students must bring their Chromebooks to officially register for MESA. Please note that the meeting time changed form 6 pm to 5 pm. Thank you.

Spectators that will be attending the JV Volleyball Tournament at Santa Fe Indian School on September 2 and 3 will be required to wear a mask while inside the gym. Tickets will be sold at the door. Cash only $5.00 adults $3.00 students.
