Mora Independent School District

The "School Athletics Equity Act" (Section 22-31-1 thru 22-31-6 NMSA 1978) requires each public school that has an athletic program for grades seven (7) through twelve (12) to submit prescribed data and a Title IX Assurance Form documentation, annually, to PED. In order to comply with the Act, the Mora Independent School District will need to collect and input data beginning with the 2010 – 2011 school year and every school year thereafter, for submission to PED (See also 6.13.4 NMAC (Governing Gender Equity in Participation in Interscholastic Sports).
